Just a Start....

Okay, so this is my first blog. Please excuse me if it's boring, but I'm still getting the hang of it.

Today was really an uneventful day. I was feeling kind of crafty and (finally) finished the sign for Matthew's room. While I was at it, I made a picture frame too. I know I'm not a real creative person, so I was kinda proud of how they turned out. Wanna see?

Okay, so I know they're not magical or anything, but not terrible either.

Emily and I watched Hairspray this afternoon (Matt was asleep) and she loved it! She was dancing to the music all around the living room.

I will probably say this about a million times over the life of this blog, but I'm so incredibly blessed to have these babies. They are my heart and I could not imagine life without them. I could, however, imagine life without The Upside Down Show, which is playing in the background as I write this.

Matty is getting to be such a big boy. It's hard to believe he's going to be 3 in November. Where did the time go?? All the nostalgia gives me baby fever big time but I know that this is not the time to be thinking about having another child. The two I have keep my hands full and my wallet empty.

Poor Steven is in there right now trying to get Emmy asleep and she is laughing and screaming. She has been so difficult to get to sleep at night for some reason. I don't know if she's teething or sleeping too much during the day, but I hope it changes soon....maybe the time change will fix it. She'll probably just start getting up an hour earlier though. That's always been my luck in the past.

Okay, well, I guess this is going to have to cut it for my first blog, because I have to go deal with my children. :)

What's that? You want to know what my children look like? Well, if you insist...

Now THAT'S magical!
